Payments
  1. Confirmation
    By accepting these terms of purchase and your order, a binding agreement is created. When an order is received, a confirmation is automatically sent via e-mail with all information about the order. Nordichemp.se reserves itself from delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of the customer’s order. If Nordichemp.se cannot deliver according to confirmation, the customer will be contacted via e-mail or telephone regarding this, to the extent that is permitted according to current consumer law.
  2. Age limit
    At Nordichemp.se, an age limit of 18 is applied when purchasing.
  3. Products

3:1. Prices and order amounts
All prices on Nordichemp.se are stated including VAT but excluding shipping and any invoice fee. Nordichemp.se reserves itself for possible price and printing errors. In the case of clearly incorrectly priced products, Nordichemp.se reserves the right to cancel the order, to the extent permitted by current consumer law. Nordichemp.se products are excluded from all discounts and offers.

  1. Payment options
    At Nordichemp.se there are several ways to pay.

4:1. Card payment
Accepted cards for payment are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by card, the card number, the card’s validity period and the CVC code are entered. Nordichemp.se uses a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made through DIBS, which are PCI DSS certified and thus meet all security requirements regarding bank and credit card transactions and are therefore satisfied. All information is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Card numbers are not stored by Nordichemp.se after a completed transaction. More about security at Nordichemp.se can be found under point 15 of the purchase conditions. The total amount for the order is reserved directly on your account but is only deducted upon delivery of the order, however no later than after 3 days.

4:2. Swish
With Swish you pay easily and quickly with your mobile phone. Download the Swish app and follow the instructions at checkout when paying.

  1. Shipping and delivery
    At checkout you can choose between different shipping methods. Read more about shipping methods, prices and delivery time here.
  2. Delivery status 
    To see the status of your delivery, as a member you can log in to My Pages and under the Buy tab follow your order. Here you can track your package. If you placed your order as a guest, you can instead track the package via the link in the email you receive when your order leaves us.
  3. Delayed delivery – Cancellation of purchase
    If Nordichemp.se cannot deliver ordered products within the delivery time stated above, you have the right to cancel the purchase. In the case of delayed delivery, a new proposed delivery time can be offered, if you do not agree, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
  4. Customs
    You as a consumer has a responsibility to educated yourself about your countries laws.
    Make sure you understand your countries laws before buying. If your order are sized by customs we will try our best to help you retrieve your order.

8:1.1 Right of withdrawal
We apply a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel an item, you need to contact us within 14 days from the collection date. When you have notified us that you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You have the right to return unopened packaging free of charge in addition to return postage. However, you as a consumer are responsible for any reduction in value of the products, including original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the nature of the product.

Please note that you do not have the right of exchange or cancellation for goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise received a clear personal touch, goods that cannot be appropriately returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken items like Gummies, vapes and cartridges with a broken seal that have been opened, goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old.

  1. Refund
    When returning to our warehouse, the refund is always made to the same payment method that was used at the time of ordering. When returning in store, the refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of ordering, with the exception of Swish when a refund is made to your bank card. You who have paid your invoice but still regretted your purchase have a credit balance with Billmate which in turn is paid out automatically within 10 working days from the time of return. If you canceled your purchase before the due date of the invoice, an adjustment of your invoice will be made instead. In the case of a partial credit, a new invoice will be sent to you. For questions regarding this handling, please contact us with the order number and we will help you.
  2. Transport damage
    In the event of any transport damage, the shipment will be returned to Nordichemp.se within a reasonable time, but no later than two months after the error was discovered.
  3. Uncollected order
    Unclaimed orders are sent, regardless of delivery method, back to our warehouse after 14 days and an automatic refund is made to the payment method selected in the order.
  4. Validity of the offer
    Offers are always valid while stocks last unless otherwise stated.
  5. Security
    Nordichemp.se uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a protocol for secure data transmission.
  6. Personal data
    When you send an application to Nordichemp.se, your personal data is registered in our system. In accordance with the GDPR, you must approve and give your consent to us registering your data, which you do in connection with sending your application. You have the right to receive information and request corrections of incorrect personal data and to have the data deleted.
  7. Contact
    Contact our Customer Service via email [email protected]. Our customer service is open 24/7 and responds as quickly as we can.
  8. Force Majure
    Nordichemp.se releases itself from the obligation to fulfill its part of the agreement and from the obligation to pay damages if Nordichemp.se’s commitments cannot be fulfilled at all or only at an abnormally high cost due to war, riot, blockade, fire, explosion, or intervention by public authority that Nordichemp.se could not foresee either. Nordichemp.se is not responsible for damage that is due to law, authority action, war event, strike, blockade, boycott and lockout applies even if Nordichemp.se is subject to or itself takes such conflict measures. Nordichemp.se is also not obliged in other cases to compensate for damage that occurs if Nordichemp.se was normally careful. Nordichemp.se is not responsible in any case for direct damage.

Google Analytics


We use Google Analytics to analyze the traffic on our website.
We do this to better understand how the website is used and how many visitors we have.

News
letter
We offer the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. Both through a separate form and in connection with ordering. We use MooSend for our newsletters.

Personal data
In connection with personal data, we save information about the person who orders in order to be able to show receipts for, for example, the Swedish Tax Agency.

Personalization of the website and A/B tests. For example, showing our customers the products they usually buy, evaluating texts and the like.

Xeno is used to provide support to our visitors via a so-called live chat. Xeno is also used to segment our customers in order to provide each customer with unique offers.
In the past we have used Gist which we are in the process of phasing out. Once done, all data will be deleted from that service.

Analysis of how the website is used
We use CUX.io to analyze where visitors click the most (so-called heatmaps) and how different pages are used. CUX.io does not save any personal information, nor IP address. The information we see is which device, screen size and browser have been used and their version.

News
We use a third-party service called Beamer to display news.
No personal information is saved with that service.

Security
We take security very seriously and have done our utmost to ensure that our website is secure and that all the data we have is protected.
Should a data breach still occur, we are obliged to report this to the Data Inspectorate within 72 hours. Our objective is of course that it should never happen. If it does happen, we will report it immediately to the Swedish Data Protection Authority. The exact type of security we use is not something we mention so as not to facilitate possible data breach attempts. But we use both hardware and software protection. No payment information is saved with us, but with Billmate. They maintain very high security and are certified according to PCI-DSS Level 1.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information to conduct e-commerce, i.e. by sending orders.
Each order results in a receipt and summary of the order, which we need to be able to report the company’s finances to the relevant authorities in accordance with Swedish legislation regarding operating limited companies and how the company must report.

Analyzes of the website are never used on individual visitors, but only to obtain and summary of how all visitors use the company’s website. The reason is that we should be able to develop the website and make it more user-friendly, for example by reviewing where on the website visitors have difficulty understanding where / how the website works.

The company uses the third-party service MooSend to collect e-mail addresses and phone numbers on the company’s website to which we can then send newsletters and offers. If a visitor signs up for the newsletter, an email is first sent in which the subscription must be approved. Only then is the email address saved. Every newsletter the company sends contains a link to unsubscribe. When that happens, that email address is deleted entirely.

On occasional occasions we send SMS via a service called BulkSMS. To unsubscribe from SMS, just reply “STOP” or contact us.

All third-party services fully comply with the GDPR.
