Yes, the sale, purchase and possession of hemp is legal in the EU and Sweden, provided that a number of requirements for the production are met. Our products come from certified farms with EU-approved hemp that meets all these requirements. Our hemp is therefore 100% legal to sell and buy.
For the products that contain traces of THC up to 0.2% such as e.g. all buds, kief and hash products, this will result in you showing a positive urine or blood test. According to Swedish law, it is still illegal to have measurable levels of THC in the body and you therefore commit a drug crime. If you are regularly tested by your employer, this can also cause problems, so we ask you once again to handle our products carefully and sensibly.

All our buds, kief and hash products contain traces of THC up to 0.2%, all are sold and marketed as souvenirs and are only intended to be sold and bought for collecting purposes.
